A rigorous classical education, clearly ordered from the beginning

What the interest form is and is not

  • It is a way to document possible future family interest.
  • It is not an application for admission.
  • It does not reserve a seat or guarantee placement.
  • If the school is approved and applications exceed available seats, admission would be by lawful public lottery.

Institutional clarity

Honest about status. Serious about the work.

OCCA is pursuing affiliation with Hillsdale College's Barney Charter School Initiative and is aligning its academic program with Hillsdale College's K-12 course of study. Hillsdale does not operate or govern the school. The Academy is locally founded and remains pending charter approval.

What happens after you submit

  • Your family's interest is recorded.
  • The founding team can better understand likely community demand.
  • If you opt in, you may receive updates, surveys, and future invitations related to the school.

Take the next step

Document your family's interest

Families interested in a tuition-free classical public charter school option in the Oxford area should complete the Founding Families Interest List now.
